Operations Manager Luke Ryan
Luke joined the Ryan Construction team in 2014. He has a Business Management degree from the University of Alabama and loves helping people. Luke provides up-to-date technology skills and brings a second generation of caring for his community by servicing the greater Kansas City area with their roofing and construction needs.
Roofing Superintnedent Tavo Conejo
Tavo has been with Ryan Construction Systems since 1995. He has grown with the company and is now our job site supervisor. When he’s not busy installing roofs, he loves spending time with his family, taking vacations to the nice ocean waters.

Wendy has been with Ryan Construction Systems since 2021. As the administrative assistant Wendy answers incoming calls, manages the calendar, schedules appointments, creates proposals & invoices, and always greets customers with a friendly smile.
